Designed for iPad Pro 12.9" 3rd Gen

This Belkin True Privacy screen protector fits the 12.9-inch iPad Pro third generation. It adds a removable, reusable and washable privacy layer that limits viewing angles in landscape orientation. The ultra-thin design keeps the native screen feel while an anti-glare finish reduces reflections. Apple Pencil input works through the film without calibration changes.

Thermals noise and power draw

The accessory is a passive film with no electronics, so it produces no heat, no fan noise and draws no power. It does not alter the iPad’s thermal behaviour or battery life. The anti-glare surface cuts ambient glare for more comfortable viewing in bright rooms or outdoors. No active components mean silent operation under all conditions.

Bundled panel and cloth

The package includes the TruePrivacy panel and a cleaning cloth for dust-free installation. The panel attaches magnetically for simple, flawless application and can be removed, washed and reapplied multiple times. It remains compatible with first-party Apple cases so the tablet stays protected when the privacy layer is not in use.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the Belkin True Privacy Screen Protector without trapping dust?

Use the included cleaning cloth to wipe the iPad Pro 12.9" 3rd Gen display, align the TruePrivacy Panel, then press from the centre outward; the ultra-thin design allows repositioning if bubbles appear.

Can I wash the TruePrivacy Panel when it gets dirty?

Yes, the protector is removable, reusable and washable — rinse the panel with water, let it dry completely, then reapply to the iPad Pro 12.9" 3rd Gen screen.

Will the privacy filter still work at extreme viewing angles after months of daily use?

The 2-way privacy in landscape orientation is built into the panel material, so the viewing-angle limit remains consistent as long as the surface stays clean and undamaged.
