Elongated Toilet Seat with Cover

The Bemis 7900TDGSL is a standard elongated toilet seat designed for residential bathrooms. It includes a matching cover and comes in a white finish to suit common décor. The seat fits elongated bowls and uses an external check hinge design.

Simple Installation with Plastic Hardware

The seat attaches using plastic and stainless steel hinge components supplied with the unit. Alignment is straightforward on standard elongated bowls. Over-tightening the plastic bolts can cause cracking, so hand-tightening is recommended.

18 1/2 Inch Bolt-to-Front Measurement

This single dimension determines whether the seat will match your bowl. Measure from the mounting holes to the front rim of your toilet; if it matches 18 1/2 inches, the seat will fit correctly.

Questions about this item

How do I know the external check hinge is working after I install it?

The hinge should hold the seat and cover open without slamming and let them close with a gentle, controlled motion.

Does the seat come with mounting bolts or do I buy them separately?

The seat includes the stainless-steel and plastic hinge hardware shown in the specifications.

Why choose the 7900 elongated model over a round version?

The 18 1/2 inch bolt-to-front measurement matches standard elongated bowls for a proper fit.
