31.5-inch 2560x1440 75Hz refurbished monitor

The BenQ BL3290QT-R is a 31.5-inch IPS display with a 2560x1440 resolution and a 75Hz refresh rate. It delivers 350 nits brightness, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 1.07 billion colours across 178-degree viewing angles. A 5ms GtG response time handles everyday motion, while the ergonomic stand provides tilt, swivel, pivot and height adjustment. Professionals needing extra desktop space at QHD

This monitor suits office workers, creatives and multi-taskers who want a larger 16:9 canvas for documents, code or design tools at a smooth 75Hz cadence. The adjustable stand supports long sessions in shared or hot-desk environments. Buyers who need higher refresh rates for competitive gaming, colour-critical workflows requiring hardware calibration or Thunderbolt connectivity should look at other models.

75Hz refresh rate at 2560x1440

The 75Hz panel refresh is the specification that determines whether this screen matches the workload. It provides a noticeable improvement over standard 60Hz panels for scrolling, video playback and light motion work without demanding the GPU throughput of 144Hz displays. If the target use case requires faster motion clarity or variable refresh support, this refresh rate will be the limiting factor.
