A 1 in. C-clamp rated for 750 lbs with a galvanised steel spindle and body for corrosion resistance
The Bessey CM10 is a regular-duty C-clamp built from drop-forged steel with a galvanised finish for corrosion resistance. Its 1 in. maximum opening and matching throat depth suit light clamping tasks where moderate pressure is sufficient. The spindle is also galvanised steel for smooth operation and added durability. At 0.21 kg, the clamp is lightweight and easy to position on a workbench or in a portable tool kit.
The clamp withstands up to 750 lbs of clamping force, which defines its practical ceiling for holding power. Exceeding this load risks permanent deformation of the malleable frame or thread failure. The 1 in. throat depth restricts reach to the very edge of a workpiece, so it cannot secure material deeper than that distance from the edge. Users must also respect the 1 in. maximum opening when selecting stock thickness.
This clamp replaces spring clamps, hand-tightened corner clamps or improvised weights when a repeatable, measurable force up to 750 lbs is required. The jump is worth it for glue-ups, light fabrication or temporary fixturing where a fixed throat and adjustable screw give more control than friction alone. It is not suited for heavy structural welding, thick stock beyond 1 in. or applications needing deep-reach pressure distribution.

The 1 in. maximum opening and 1 in. throat depth suit thin stock or edge clamping; choose a larger model if you need to reach deeper or grip thicker material.
750 lbs is the maximum clamping force the drop-forged steel frame can sustain; actual force depends on how much torque you apply to the galvanized spindle.
The galvanized coating on both body and spindle resists corrosion without reducing the 750 lbs capacity or the smooth operation of the spindle threads.
