A 4-inch opening spring clamp made from high-impact plastic with a soft, anti-slip handle for comfortable, secure holding
The Bessey XV5-100 is a spring clamp built for quick, one-handed clamping during glue-ups, model making or light workshop tasks. Its 4 in. jaw opening and 6 1/2 in. overall length suit smaller workpieces where a compact reach is needed.
The clamp is moulded from high-impact plastic rated HAWA, so it resists cracking when dropped and adds only .35 lb to a tool belt. The anti-slip soft handle reduces hand fatigue during repetitive clamping cycles.
Because the frame is non-conductive and non-marring, it can be used directly on finished surfaces without protective pads. The fixed jaw depth limits use to thinner stock; builders needing deeper reach or higher clamping force should select a different tool.

The clamp is moulded from high-impact HAWA plastic with an integrated spring, so no separate jaws or springs are designed to be swapped out.
The fixed jaw geometry limits maximum opening to 4 in.; attempting to force wider material will not increase capacity.
The anti-slip soft handle stays cool and grips well; the lightweight .35 kg plastic frame does not retain noticeable heat during all-day use.
