Better Chef 12-Cup Automatic Coffee Maker

The Better Chef 510122554M is a 12-cup programmable automatic coffee maker finished in black with stainless steel accents. It brews up to twelve cups using a glass carafe and includes a permanent filter and measuring scoop. The square-profile chassis combines plastic, glass and stainless steel materials.

Suits households wanting timed brewing

The 24-hour programmable timer lets you set brewing to start automatically each morning. A dedicated 1-4 cup button adjusts the cycle for fewer servings without sacrificing flavour. The grab-a-cup feature pauses the flow so you can pour mid-brew, while the keep-warm function and two-hour auto shut-off maintain temperature and safety. Buyers who need a thermal carafe, integrated grinder or single-serve pod compatibility should look at other models.

12-cup glass carafe capacity decides fit

The twelve-cup glass carafe sets the maximum batch size and requires counter space for its square footprint. If your daily routine demands more than twelve cups at once or a carafe that fits a specific warming plate, this unit will not match the requirement.

How do I verify the 24-hour programmable timer and 1-4 cup button are brewing correctly?

Set a start time, watch the display count down, then check that the selected cup volume matches the brewed amount in the carafe.

Does the box include the perma-filter and scoop, or must I buy paper filters separately?

The perma-filter and scoop are included; paper filters are not required unless you prefer them.
