BFKK 10kV Digital Insulation Meter

The BFKK 10kV Digital Insulation Meter is a high-voltage insulation resistance tester designed for electrical maintenance professionals. It measures insulation resistance from 0.01M to 35T across transformers, motors, cables and other equipment. The instrument includes a 108mm×65mm gray backlit LCD, 500-group data storage with USB upload capability, and a shockproof, dustproof, moisture-proof structure for field use.

Sustained-load behaviour

During extended testing the meter delivers a stable output short-circuit current of 6mA at 15kV. The ramp function steps voltage in 10% increments to the target level, while filter test intervals of 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 seconds support absorption ratio and polarization index measurement without interruption. Automatic shutdown preserves the 12.6V rechargeable battery between sessions.

Replaces analogue megohmmeters lacking data logging

This unit upgrades from basic insulation testers that cannot store results or transfer data to a PC. The USB interface enables software monitoring, saving and printing of up to 500 recorded groups.
