20" 16:9 Privacy Filter for Monitors

The BFKK privacy screen filter measures 17 7/16" by 9 13/16" with a 20-inch diagonal. A multi-layer film darkens the display when viewed from an angle while preserving clarity straight ahead. The filter also reduces glare, UV and blue light exposure. It ships with adhesive strips, slide mount tabs and a microfiber cloth.

Suits open-plan offices, travel and compliance needs

Workers handling confidential data in shared spaces or on public transport gain visual privacy without hardware changes. The filter fits monitors with a raised bezel using slide tabs or any flat panel via adhesive strips. Buyers who need a different aspect ratio or larger screen coverage should verify their panel dimensions before ordering.

443 mm by 250 mm active area determines fit

Match these exact width and height measurements to your monitor’s viewable area; diagonal size alone is not reliable. The package includes two mounting options for bezels or flat surfaces. The product meets Section 889 and TAA compliance requirements for institutional procurement.

Questions about this item

How narrow is the viewing angle before the screen blacks out?

The multi-layered film blacks out the display when viewed from the side while keeping it clear straight-on; it does not block visibility directly behind you regardless of distance.

Does the filter add noticeable heat or power draw during all-day use?

The passive film adds no heat and draws no power; it simply limits viewing angle and reduces glare, UV and blue light.

Which mounting method fits a monitor with a flat bezel?

Use the included clear adhesive strips; the slide-mount tabs only work on screens that have a raised bezel.
