20 Inch 16:9 Privacy Filter Two-Pack

This two-pack supplies 20 inch privacy screen filters built for 16:9 widescreen monitors. Each filter uses micro-louver technology to restrict the viewing angle to plus or minus 30 degrees, so onlookers at the side see only a dark screen while the user retains a clear forward view. The package includes two filters, adhesive strips, slide-mount tabs, cleaning cloths and alcohol wipes for flexible installation.

Sustained Eye Protection and Screen Durability

The optical material blocks 92 percent of blue light and 98 percent of UV light emitted by the display, reducing exposure during long work sessions. A reinforced layer resists scratches and dust, keeping the monitor surface intact over time. The reversible design offers a matte side that cuts 95 percent of reflected glare and a glossy side that maximises privacy, letting the user switch based on lighting conditions.

Upgrade from Single Filters or No Protection

This kit replaces a single privacy filter or an unprotected screen by providing a spare unit for a second monitor or a backup. The jump is worth it when two 20 inch 16:9 displays need simultaneous privacy and blue-light reduction, or when a removable slide-mount option is preferred over permanent adhesive for shared workspaces.

Questions about this item

Does the filter generate any heat or noise when the monitor runs all day?

The filter is a passive film with no electronics, so it adds no heat and makes no sound during continuous use.

What must my monitor already have for the 16:9 20 inch filter to fit and attach?

Your monitor needs a 16:9 aspect ratio and a 20 inch diagonal; the pack supplies adhesive strips and slide-mount tabs for either permanent or removable fitting.

Will the +/- 30° privacy angle still work if I keep an older monitor with a different surface coating?

Yes, the micro-louver layer limits side views to +/- 30° regardless of the underlying screen coating, and the reversible matte or glossy side lets you match older displays.
