What the 228-piece set delivers

This 228-piece hand tool kit combines professional-grade wrenches, ratchets, sockets, screwdrivers, a hammer, tape measure and pliers. It is built for mechanics, construction workers, repair technicians and serious DIYers who need a broad range of tools in one organised package.

Check your storage space first

The blow-moulded case measures 17.5" by 13.5" by 3.94" and weighs 12.78 lb, so confirm you have shelf or vehicle room for those dimensions. The set covers 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch metric sockets plus a variety of driver bits, so verify those drive sizes match the fasteners you work on most.

Chrome-vanadium build with a 72-tooth ratchet

Forged from high-quality steel with a high-polish chrome finish, every piece meets or exceeds ANSI critical standards for strength and corrosion resistance. The 72-tooth ratchet needs only a 5-degree swing to change direction, while soft-grip handles on the screwdriver, pliers, stripper and hammer improve comfort during extended use.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and is anything else required to start using the 228-piece set?

The set ships in a blow-moulded plastic case (17.5" x 13.5" x 3.94", 12.78 lb) containing every listed wrench, ratchet, socket, screwdriver bit, hammer, tape measure and pliers; no extra purchase is needed for the included tasks.

How do I decide between the 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch drive sockets supplied in the kit?

The kit includes both drive sizes; use the 1/4-inch sockets and bits for precision work and the 3/8-inch sockets with the 72-tooth ratchet for higher-torque fasteners.

What does the 72-tooth ratchet specification mean when I am working in a real job?

A 72-tooth mechanism needs only a 5-degree handle swing to engage the next tooth, so you can turn bolts in tight spaces where a coarse-tooth ratchet would not have room to move.
