23 Inch 16:9 Privacy Filter

This 23 inch privacy screen filter fits 16:9 widescreen monitors and laptops with an active display area of 20.0 inches wide by 11.3 inches high. It is designed for professionals who handle confidential data in open offices, shared workspaces or public areas. The filter narrows the viewing angle so only the person sitting directly in front of the screen can read the content.

Sustained Viewing Behaviour

The filter maintains its privacy effect continuously without degrading during long work sessions. It blocks 96% of UV light and reduces blue light by 65% to lessen eye strain over extended periods. A reversible design lets you choose a glossy or matte finish; the matte side cuts external glare under constant overhead lighting. Both attachment strips and slide-mount tabs are included for a secure fit that stays aligned.

Exact Dimension Match Required

This filter only fits displays whose active area measures exactly 20.0 inches wide by 11.3 inches high (509 mm by 286 mm) with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Diagonal size alone is not a reliable guide; the width and height must match these figures precisely. Buyers who cannot confirm those exact measurements should not purchase this model.

Questions about this item

Does the filter add heat or draw power when the monitor runs all day?

The filter is a passive film with no electronics, so it generates no heat and consumes no power during continuous use.

What must my monitor already have for the included attachment strips and slide-mount tabs to work?

Your display's active area must measure 20.0 inches wide by 11.3 inches high (509 mm by 286 mm) with a 16:9 aspect ratio for the supplied hardware to fit.

Will the 30° to 60° privacy angle still function if I keep an older 16:9 monitor with the same 20.0 by 11.3 inch active area?

Yes, the privacy effect depends only on the filter's optical layer, so any 16:9 screen matching those exact width and height dimensions will maintain the 30° to 60° viewing-angle blackout.
