Industrial LED Work Light

This BFKK desk lamp delivers 1320 lumens from 28 LEDs in an IP65-rated aluminium head. It operates on 110-240V input, drawing 12 watts, and replaces halogen units in machine-tool environments. The 20-inch gooseneck suits CNC mills, drill presses, lathes and sewing machines.

Thermals Noise and Power

The 12-watt LED array runs cool without active cooling, so the head stays silent during long machining cycles. Passive heat dissipation through the aluminium housing keeps surface temperatures low even when the light is left on for full shifts. No fan or pump noise is added to the workshop.

Magnetic Base and Gooseneck

A heavy-duty adjustable magnetic base clamps to ferrous frames, columns or machine sides, holding firm on thicker steel. The 20-inch metal-hose gooseneck bends 360 degrees to aim light precisely at the workpiece. No tools, brackets or permanent mounting are required.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the magnetic base on a CNC machine, and what surface thickness gives the strongest hold?

Place the adjustable magnetic base on any flat ferrous surface; the magnet grips more firmly on thicker metal, so a solid machine frame or thick plate provides the best hold.

Will the 28 LEDs or the 12 W driver need replacement, and how long is the expected lifespan?

The integrated LED array is rated for a much longer life than halogen lamps, and the 12 W driver is built into the sealed IP65 head, so no user-serviceable parts require routine replacement.

At what point does the IP65 seal or the 20-inch gooseneck limit continuous operation near coolant spray?

The IP65 rating protects against water jets from any direction, and the 360-degree flexible gooseneck holds position during vibration, so the seal remains the first limit only if the rubber ring is damaged.
