30-Bay Mobile Charging Cart

This fully assembled cart stores and charges up to 30 laptops, tablets or Chromebooks with screens up to 14 inches and 1.5 inches thick. It is built for classrooms, offices, libraries and warehouses that need a secure, mobile fleet-management solution.

Keypad Lock and Cable Management

A programmable 4-digit keypad secures the front doors while the rear panel uses a traditional lock with two supplied keys. Internal divider slots and charger baskets keep every power cord routed and tidy during daily charge cycles.

Heavy-Duty Mobility and Ventilation

Four silent, smooth-rolling casters — two with locking brakes — plus a manoeuvring handle let staff move the cart between rooms without strain. A unique ventilated design prevents heat build-up while devices charge, and an upper shelf adds extra storage space.

Questions about this item

How often do the four heavy-duty casters with two locking brakes need inspection or replacement under daily classroom moves?

The four heavy-duty casters include two locking brakes; inspect wheels and brake function monthly and replace any that show flat spots or bearing noise.

What stops the cart from charging all 30 devices at once when every bay is full?

The built-in power distribution is designed for 30 devices; the first limit under sustained use is the total current the single wall plug can supply.

How loud is the ventilation system when the cart runs all day with 30 laptops charging?

The unique ventilation design uses passive airflow with no fan, so the cart adds no mechanical noise beyond the devices' own fans.
