Workshop Illumination Tool

The BFKK magnetic work light delivers 3000 lumens at 6500K from 90 LED beads drawing 36W. A 20-inch flexible neck and 98-inch cord let you position the beam precisely over lathes, bandsaws, sewing machines or any bench-top task. The square magnetic base holds up to 10 lbs on ferrous surfaces and releases with a simple on/off switch.

Best For Fixed Metal Surfaces

This light suits woodworkers, machinists and hobbyists who need bright, repositionable illumination on iron or steel workbenches. It will not help buyers who need lighting on non-magnetic surfaces such as aluminium, wood or composite tops, nor those who require battery operation away from a mains outlet.

Magnetic Base And Long Reach Change Placement

The switchable magnet removes the need for clamps or stands, freeing both hands for the job. The 98-inch cord — longer than the typical 60-inch length — reaches distant sockets across a small shop. The 360° flexible neck directs light exactly where the work demands it.

Questions about this item

What type of surface does the magnetic base need to attach securely?

The magnetic base requires a ferrous metal surface such as iron or steel; it will not hold on aluminium, wood or plastic.

Can the 98-inch cord reach a wall outlet across a typical garage workbench?

Yes, the 98-inch cord is longer than the standard 60-inch length and is designed to span a small workshop without an extension lead.

How can I confirm the light is delivering its rated output after I mount it?

Switch the magnetic base to ON; the 90 LED beads should produce a steady 3000-lumen, 6500 K white beam with no flicker or dimming.
