Compatible Boom Arm for Shure MV7 Series

The BFKK boom arm is built specifically for the Shure MV7, MV7X, and MV7+ microphones. It includes a desk clamp, a 3/8" to 5/8" adapter, a foam windscreen, and two cable sleeves for a complete mounting kit. The all-in-one package allows streamers and podcasters to set up a professional suspension system in minutes. Microphones are not included with this arm.

Spring-Loaded Suspension Limits

Dual suspension springs support the microphone weight and prevent sudden drops or sagging during use. The steel construction provides a stable platform but the arm is designed solely for the listed Shure models. Heavier broadcast microphones or shock mounts exceeding the arm's calibrated tension will cause drift or instability. The fixed spring tension cannot be adjusted for different payloads.

Foam Windscreen Noise Reduction

The included foam cover fits directly over the Shure MV7 series capsule to reduce wind noise and plosives during close-mic recording. It serves as a basic pop filter but does not replace a dedicated metal mesh screen for heavy vocal work. Users requiring maximum plosive rejection for singing or voice-over should budget for a separate professional pop filter.
