Classic BBD Analog Chorus

The BFKK Chorus Pedal is a 100% analog effects unit built around bucket-brigade device circuitry. It delivers a warm, natural chorus tone shaped by dedicated LEVEL, SPEED and DEPTH controls. A true-bypass footswitch preserves the clean signal path when the effect is disengaged. The pedal operates from a standard 9 V centre-negative power supply.

For players seeking vintage modulation

Guitarists who want an organic, bucket-brigade chorus with hands-on tweakability will appreciate the wide tonal range on offer. The simple three-knob layout suits both stage and studio use without menu diving. Musicians requiring digital precision, tap-tempo sync or preset storage should look elsewhere, as this pedal provides none of those features. Multi-effects users needing combined modulation types will also find the single-function design limiting.

True-bypass analog signal path

The defining specification is the true-bypass footswitch coupled with a fully analog BBD circuit. This combination guarantees an uncoloured dry signal when bypassed and the characteristic warm modulation when engaged. Buyers who need MIDI control, stereo outputs or software editing will not find those capabilities here. The 9 V centre-negative power requirement is the only electrical constraint to verify before purchase.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The pedal ships new with the unit only. A 9 V centre-negative power supply is required but not included.

Which version should I choose for classic BBD chorus tones?

This single model provides 100 % analog BBD circuitry with LEVEL, SPEED and DEPTH controls for the full range of vintage chorus sounds.

How does the true-bypass footswitch affect my signal chain?

When disengaged the footswitch routes the guitar signal directly through the pedal without any buffering or tone colouration.
