The BFKK digital vibration meter is a portable test instrument that measures acceleration, velocity, displacement, frequency and temperature of rotating machinery. It uses a piezoceramic accelerometer to capture data across a 30 Hz to 14 kHz range. Up to 397000 readings can be stored on the device and later transferred to a PC for further analysis.

Maintenance Teams and Condition Monitoring

This meter suits technicians who need on-site vibration severity checks to ISO standards, trend graphs and adjustable sampling for predictive maintenance on motors, pumps, fans, compressors and HVAC equipment. It is not intended for permanent online monitoring installations or for applications that require wireless connectivity or multi-channel simultaneous acquisition.

Measurement Scope and Storage Headroom

Acceleration spans 0.1 to 300 m/s², velocity 1 to 850 mm/s and displacement 1 to 3300 µm, with stated accuracies of ±1.5 % + 2 digits for acceleration and displacement and ±3 % + 2 digits for velocity. Frequency measurement covers 30 Hz to 14 kHz. The 397000-reading buffer provides extended logging sessions, while the 2000 mAh battery supports hours of continuous use before a four-hour recharge.
