BFKK DS-1308 window intercom for business counters

The BFKK DS-1308 is a two-way window intercom speaker built for service counters in banks, hospitals, ticket offices and similar venues. It connects a host unit and an extension microphone with a single audio cable and a power adapter, giving staff and visitors a direct speech path through glass or security screens.

Automatic voice-activated operation under

The system uses automatic two-way communication technology that detects voice signals without manual switching, removing signal delay during extended conversations. A four-core aluminium-foil shielded cable resists electromagnetic interference and suppresses howling, keeping audio clear and natural even when the intercom runs all day in electrically noisy environments.

All-metal body with volume and mute controls

An all-metal chassis provides durability for high-traffic counters, while a front-panel knob adjusts volume and a one-touch internal/external mute button cuts sound instantly to prevent cross-talk. The package includes a full English manual with installation guidance and parameter details, so the unit can be wired and commissioned quickly.

Questions about this item

Does the DS-1308 intercom speaker generate noticeable heat or noise when running continuously all day at a ticket window?

The all-metal body acts as a passive heatsink, so the unit stays cool and silent during non-stop operation; no fan or moving parts are present.

What cables and power items must already be on site before the DS-1308 can be installed?

You need a standard mains outlet for the supplied power adapter and an audio cable to link the host unit to the extension speaker.

Will the DS-1308 work alongside an older analogue window intercom that uses a two-wire connection?

The DS-1308 uses a four-core shielded audio cable, so it cannot share the existing two-wire loop; a fresh cable run is required.
