Window Counter Intercom DS-2008

The BFKK DS-2008 is a dual-way window intercom speaker designed for business counters in banks, hospitals, ticket offices and similar service points. It enables real-time, automatic two-way voice communication between staff and visitors without manual operation. The system identifies voice signals instantly to eliminate signal delay during conversations.

Automatic Voice Detection and Shielded Cabling

The unit uses automatic two-way communication technology that detects voice signals without button presses for hands-free operation. A four-core high-strength aluminium foil shielded cable connects the host and extension units to resist interference and prevent audio howling. This cabling aims to deliver clearer, more natural sound quality in busy environments.

All-Metal Build With Volume And Mute Controls

An all-metal body provides durability for continuous use at service windows. The host includes a volume adjustment knob plus separate one-touch mute buttons for the internal and external speakers to cut unwanted noise. Installation requires only connecting the host and extension with the supplied audio cable and plugging the power adapter into the host and a mains socket.

Questions about this item

How do I install the DS-2008 window intercom speaker?

Connect the host and extension units with the supplied audio cable, then plug the power adapter into the host and a mains socket. The included English manual gives step-by-step guidance.

What maintenance will the DS-2008 intercom need over time?

The all-metal body is built for durability. Routine care is limited to keeping the volume knob and mute buttons free of dust and checking that the shielded audio cable remains firmly seated.

What is the first limit I will hit during sustained use of the DS-2008?

The four-core aluminium-foil shielded cable prevents howling and interference, so the practical limit is the length of that cable run; exceeding it can degrade the clear, natural sound quality.
