Two black dual-band WiFi antennas with SMA male connectors

BFKK

BFKK Dual Band WiFi 2.4/5.8 GHz 8dBi SMA Male Antenna 2-Pack

SKU CH-6DTB-VCP2Z

Dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz omni-directional antennas with 8 dBi gain and SMA male connectors, supplied as a two-pack for IP cameras, DVR recorders.

  • Dual-band coverage spans 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz ranges
  • 8 dBi gain extends wireless reach for cameras and routers
  • Omni-directional pattern receives signals from any angle
  • SMA male connector fits IP cameras, DVRs and vehicle monitors
  • Two antennas included for diversity or separate device links

Dual-Band 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz Coverage

This two-pack of SMA male antennas operates across 2400 to 2485 MHz and 5150 to 5850 MHz. The omni-directional pattern suits wireless IP security cameras, surveillance recorders and vehicle rear-view monitors. Each unit provides 8dBi gain for extended signal reach in compatible 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz systems.

Consistent 8dBi Gain Under Continuous Use

The 8dBi gain figure applies to sustained transmission rather than brief peaks. Omni-directional radiation maintains a stable link for always-on devices such as industrial IoT gateways, M2M terminals and remote monitoring equipment. Performance holds across both 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands during long recording or streaming sessions.

Replaces Lower-Gain Stock Antennas

The kit upgrades factory-supplied whips on compatible cameras, DVRs, truck backup systems and FPV 5.8 GHz gear when range or penetration is insufficient. It is not suited for single-band 2.4 GHz-only hardware that cannot use the 5150 to 5850 MHz spectrum. Builders needing directional focus or MIMO arrays should choose a different antenna style.

Questions about this item

How much power does each 8 dBi antenna draw when the camera runs continuously?

The antennas are passive components; they draw no power and add no heat to the system.

What connector must the camera or router already have for these antennas to attach?

The device needs an SMA female jack so the SMA male plugs on the antennas can screw in.

Will the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands work with my older 2.4 GHz-only surveillance recorder?

Yes, the 2.4 GHz range of 2400 to 2485 MHz matches legacy equipment, while the 5.8 GHz band remains available for newer gear.
