  • Helps relieve wrist, arm and elbow strain during long sessions

Ergonomic Desk Extension for Arms

The BFKK foldable arm rest clamps to desks between 0.35 and 3.35 inches thick and extends the work surface horizontally. Two padded sections support both forearms simultaneously to promote a neutral posture during long typing or gaming sessions. A leather-covered sponge surface provides a soft contact area that wipes clean easily. The unit supports up to 20 lbs of distributed weight.

Office Workers and Gamers Seeking Forearm Relief

This accessory suits anyone who experiences wrist, elbow or shoulder tension while using a keyboard and mouse. It is less useful for people who prefer a minimal desk footprint or who frequently move their workstation, because the clamps stay semi-permanently attached. Users should also allow a few days for their arms to adjust to the new support position before judging comfort.

Clamping Range Decides Fit

The only measurement that determines compatibility is the desk thickness range of 0.35 to 3.35 inches. If your desktop falls outside that window the C-clamps cannot secure the tray safely. No other specification overrides this limit.

Questions about this item

Which desk thickness range does this arm rest fit?

The clamps adjust to desks from 0.35 to 3.35 inches thick, and the rubber spacers protect the surface.

How much weight can the tray actually hold while I type or rest my arms?

The steel and aluminium frame is rated for 20 lbs, so it easily supports both forearms and a mouse.

What does the 90-degree fold do for my workspace?

Loosen the spring clamp and the arm rest swings up perpendicular to the desk, clearing the surface when not in use.
