Fits Nano Slots Only

This combination lock secures select HP and Lenovo laptops plus compatible Kensington docking stations that feature a nano-sized lock slot. It will not fit the more common standard T-bar slot, so buyers must verify their device specification before purchase. The slim lockhead keeps the laptop lying flat and stable without blocking adjacent ports.

1.8 m Cable with 10 000 Codes

A 1.8 metre carbon-steel cable sheathed in plastic delivers cut resistance comparable to thicker cables while remaining flexible. The resettable four-wheel dial provides 10 000 possible combinations, giving ample headroom for a unique personal code. The pivot-and-rotate head allows one-handed engagement and free movement while locked.

Register & Retrieve Recovery

Kensington's free Register & Retrieve service lets owners record their chosen combination online for secure lookup if the code is ever forgotten. This software-backed recovery removes the risk of a permanently locked device without adding any hardware bulk. The lock is tested and verified by the original inventor of laptop security slots.
