Flexible 20 inch gooseneck for machine work

This magnetic gooseneck desk lamp delivers 1200 lumens of focused light for lathes, CNC machines, sewing stations and automotive repair benches. The double-layer hose resists corrosion and oxidation while bending freely to any angle. An IP66 rating protects the unit against powerful water jets and dust ingress in harsh workshop environments.

Check mounting surface and voltage before use

The switching magnetic base requires a clean ferrous metal plane for secure adhesion; non-magnetic workpieces will need an alternative clamp or bracket. Verify that your shop power matches the lamp’s input specification, as no adapter is mentioned in the supplied data. Ensure the 20 inch reach covers the intended work zone without straining the gooseneck beyond its natural bend radius.

Nylon head and IP66 seal change durability

The nylon lamp head adds heat resistance, wear resistance and a degree of flame retardancy suited to metal-shaving and coolant exposure. IP66 sealing means the fitting survives direct wash-downs and airborne coolant mist without internal corrosion. Together these features extend service life on machine tools, woodworking benches and medical equipment stations where standard desk lamps would fail.

Questions about this item

Does the BFKK magnetic gooseneck lamp ship with a power supply or must one be purchased separately?

The lamp includes its own integrated power supply, so no separate driver or transformer is required.

Should I choose the 1200-lumen version or a lower-output model for a lathe work area?

At 1200 lumens the lamp delivers bright, focused illumination suited to CNC, drilling and lathe tasks where fine detail matters.

What does the IP66 rating mean when the lamp is mounted on a machine tool?

IP66 certifies total dust ingress protection and resistance to powerful water jets, so coolant spray and metal chips will not damage the head or magnetic base.
