What this keycap set includes

The BFKK Mao Height Cat Theme PBT keycap set provides 142 keys plus a key puller in a pink colourway. It is designed to fit mechanical keyboards with 61, 87, 104 or 108 keys that use Cherry MX style switches. The set suits enthusiasts who want a complete, themed refresh for a compatible board.

Durability of the legends and surface

Dye-sublimation drives the ink into the PBT material at high temperature so the legends become part of the keycap rather than sitting on top. An oil-repellent coating further resists shine and dirt buildup. The manufacturer states the legends can remain unfaded for up to ten years of regular use.

Layout constraints to check before buying

Compatibility depends on the exact key layout and stabiliser placement of the target keyboard. The 142-key count covers many common ANSI arrangements but does not guarantee fit for every 61, 87, 104 or 108 key board. Buyers must verify their specific keyboard matches the set specification before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Will the PBT keycaps with oil-repellent coating stay cool and quiet during all-day typing?

PBT material resists heat build-up and the dye-sublimated legends do not add friction, so the caps remain cool and produce the same sound profile as standard Cherry MX keycaps during extended sessions.

My keyboard uses Cherry MX switches — will this 142-key set cover every key on my 104-key board?

The set includes 142 keycaps plus a puller, providing full coverage for 61, 87, 104 and 108-key layouts that use Cherry MX or compatible stems.

Can I mix these Mao-height cat-theme caps with my existing OEM-profile keycaps on the same board?

Mao height differs from standard OEM profile, so mixing rows will create an uneven typing surface; the set is designed to replace the complete keycap set on a compatible board.
