BFKK Outdoor Electrical Box Cold-Rolled Steel Aluminum Back Beam IP65 17.7 x 13.8 x 7.9

Outdoor IP65 Electrical Enclosure

This BFKK enclosure is a cold-rolled steel electrical box rated IP65 for waterproof and dustproof performance. It serves installers and engineers who need a durable housing for outdoor or industrial electrical equipment. The one-piece 1.5 mm steel construction with double powder coating and crystal plating resists deformation and corrosion. It includes 304 stainless steel screws, hoops and insect screens for long-term outdoor use.

Mounting and Ventilation Checks

Verify that the mounting surface can support a wall-mounted or pole-mounted installation using the supplied hardware. The cabinet features a movable back panel with guide slots for flexible equipment layout. Four ventilation slots allow external cold air to enter from the bottom sides while internal heat is expelled through a fan opening sized for 8 cm × 8 cm or 9 cm × 9 cm fans. Note that cooling fans are not included and must be sourced separately.

Thermal Management and Protection

The ventilation design creates a passive airflow path where cool air enters low and hot air exits through the fan cutout when a fan is fitted. Sealed door edges and guide slots block rain and dust ingress to maintain the IP65 rating. The 304 stainless steel hardware prevents rust on exposed fasteners. Powder-coated and crystal-plated steel surfaces withstand weathering without additional protective measures.
