Compact Thunderbolt 3 Dock
The BFKK SD2480T is a ten-port Thunderbolt 3 docking station designed for Windows and Mac laptops. It delivers 40Gbps throughput, 60W power delivery, dual DisplayPort 1.4 outputs, Gigabit Ethernet, four USB ports, a combo audio jack and UHS-I SD 3.0 card readers in a nano form factor.
Video Limits by Host
Thunderbolt 3 or 4 hosts support single 8K at 30Hz or dual 4K at 60Hz. USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 hosts reach 10Gbps data and single 4K at 60Hz or dual 4K at 30Hz. USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 hosts are limited to 5Gbps data and single 4K at 30Hz or dual 1080p at 60Hz. Dual monitors require MST support on the host.
Simple Plug-and-Play Setup
The dock includes a .8 m Thunderbolt 3 cable for immediate connection. Installation is driver-free on macOS and Windows; Kensington DockWorks software is available for advanced management. The 60W power delivery may not charge laptops that require higher wattage under load. Buyers needing more than 60W charging should verify their laptop specifications.
