The unit fits left-handed and right-handed doors between 35-50mm thick and installs in minutes with the included manual. It operates reliably in temperatures from -4 F to 140 F.

Suits families and rental managers needing

This lock suits households and property managers who want to issue fingerprints, passcodes or IC cards to many users. It supports 50 fingerprints, 250 passcodes and 1000 IC cards with three included. Builders who need a mortise lock body or a lock for metal doors thicker than 50mm should look elsewhere. Remote control requires a separate Wi-Fi gateway that is not included.

Handles 50 fingerprints

The lock stores up to 50 fingerprints with a 99.99% recognition rate and unlocks within 1 second after a .3 second scan. It manages 250 unique passcodes and 1000 IC cards for high-turnover access. Auto-lock timing can be set from 5 to 900 seconds via the app. Without the optional gateway, remote locking and real-time notifications are not available.

Questions about this item

Do I need a separate gateway for Wi-Fi remote control and Alexa voice commands?

Yes, a Wi-Fi Gateway is sold separately; without it the lock works only via Bluetooth within local range.

Will this handleset fit my existing US-standard wooden door that is 1.5 inches thick?

It fits left- or right-handed doors between 1.38" and 1.97" thick, so a 1.5" door is within range.

How can I confirm the lock is operating correctly after installation?

Test each method — fingerprint should unlock in about 1 second, keypad codes and the three included IC cards should work, and the auto-lock timer can be set from 5 to 900 seconds in the app.
