Tabletop Connectivity Box for Conference Rooms

The BFKK multimedia box mounts flush into a tabletop and delivers 4 AC power outlets, 2 HDMI ports, 2 RJ45 jacks, 1 USB-C port, 1 USB 3.0 port and 2 audio 3.5 mm jacks. Its aluminium alloy body with a brushed black top panel suits meeting spaces that need a tidy, all-in-one connection point. A 5.58 ft power cord is included for immediate mains connection.

Flush Mount Install With Damped Cover

Cut an opening of 10 x 4.61 in (254 x 117 mm) and drop the unit in; the panel measures 10.47 x 5.12 in (266 x 130 mm). The flip-up lid uses a damping mechanism that closes softly and silently, and cables can remain plugged in while the cover is shut thanks to the brush-lined gap. Brush seals also keep dust out of the interior when the box is closed.

Verify Cut-Out And Power Needs Before Ordering

Confirm your tabletop thickness allows the 117 mm opening depth and that the 254 mm x 117 mm cut-out fits your furniture layout. The box provides US-type AC sockets only, so ensure the local voltage and plug standard match your equipment. No additional mounting hardware or data cables are supplied in the package.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the BFKK connectivity box is working after installation?

Test each of the four US-type AC power outlets with a known device, then check both HDMI ports for video signal, both RJ45 ports for network link lights, the USB 3.0 and USB-C ports for data transfer, and the two 3.5 mm audio jacks for sound output.

What comes in the box with the BFKK tabletop unit and what must I source separately?

The unit includes the aluminium-alloy connectivity box with brushed silver finish, flip-up cover with brush seal, damping mechanism, and a 5.58 ft power cord; you must supply all HDMI, RJ45, USB, and audio cables separately.

Which version of the BFKK connectivity box should I choose for a standard conference-table cut-out?

Select the model with panel size 10.47" x 5.12" (266 x 130 mm) and opening size 10" x 4.61" (254 x 117 mm) to match that cut-out.
