Single 120 mm blue LED case fan

The BGears b-ice Blue is a single 120 mm case fan with blue LED lighting. It uses a sleeve bearing and spins at 1500 ±10% RPM to deliver 58.3 ±10% CFM at 24.6 dBA. The frame measures 120 x 120 x 25 mm and comes in a choice of blue chrome or silver chrome coating. Four blue LEDs provide illumination and four mounting bolts are included.

Check motherboard headers and case clearance

Verify that your motherboard has a free three-pin fan header or that your power supply offers a four-pin Molex connector for the included adapter. Ensure the case has a 120 mm mounting location with at least 25 mm depth for the fan thickness. The sleeve bearing design suits typical desktop cooling but is not rated for continuous high-temperature server environments.

Replaces a basic or non-LED 120 mm fan

This fan upgrades a standard 120 mm cooler that lacks lighting or runs louder than 24.6 dBA. The jump is worth it when you want visible blue illumination and a lower noise floor at comparable airflow. It does not address builds needing PWM speed control, higher static pressure for radiators, or multiple fans in a single pack.
