Big Horn 11115 Floor Sweep

The Big Horn 11115 is a 24-inch floor sweep designed for workshop dust collection. Its low-profile body allows a wide opening while preserving suction strength. Chips and sawdust are drawn directly into the connected system. The unit is supplied new and ready for installation.

Woodworkers needing a wide, low-profile inlet

This sweep suits woodworkers who want a large floor-level capture area without raising the hose height. It is not for users who need a built-in blast gate or an integrated hose clamp. Buyers requiring a smaller footprint or a different port diameter should look at alternative fittings.

Fits standard 4-inch dust-collection hose

The 4-inch port accepts common flexible hose secured with a separate clamp. No clamp is included, so the installer must supply one for an airtight seal. The low profile frees vertical space near machines and walls. It integrates into existing duct runs without raising the main trunk line.

Questions about this item

Do I need to supply my own hose clamp to connect the 4-inch port on the Big Horn 11115?

Yes, the manufacturer recommends using a hose clamp for the best connection and one is not included with the floor sweep.

Will the low-profile design of the Big Horn 11115 fit under my existing cabinet toe-kicks?

The low profile allows a large 24-inch opening while maintaining suction, but you must measure your specific clearance to confirm it fits.

How can I verify the Big Horn 11115 is moving chips and sawdust effectively after installation?

Check that debris disappears into the 24-inch opening and that airflow at the 4-inch port feels strong when your dust collection system is running.
