Tank Liner 2.8 Gal Pack 60

The Binks PT-78-K60 is a disposable tank liner with a 2.8 gal capacity. It is supplied in a pack of 60 pieces for high-volume use. The liner fits Binks 83C-220 and 98C-357 pressure tanks. It protects the tank interior from coating residue during spray operations.

Suited For Spray Booths Not For Other Tanks

This liner suits paint shops and industrial spray booths running Binks 83C-220 or 98C-357 tanks. It helps crews change colours fast and cuts cleaning time. Buyers with different tank models or thread patterns cannot use this liner. Shops that need reusable metal liners should look at other options.

2.8 Gal Capacity Decides Fit

The 2.8 gal capacity matches the internal volume of the specified Binks tanks. A liner of this volume seats correctly and holds the full fluid charge. If your tank has a different capacity the liner will not seal or feed properly. Check your tank capacity before ordering.

Questions about this item

What comes in the pack of 60 Binks PT-78-K60 tank liners and is any extra hardware needed?

The pack contains sixty 2.8-gallon disposable liners. No additional hardware is included; the liner simply drops into a compatible Binks pressure tank.

How do I choose between the 83C-220 and 98C-357 tank models for these liners?

Both Binks tank models accept the same 2.8-gallon liner, so select the liner based on the tank you already own — either 83C-220 or 98C-357.

What does the 2.8-gallon capacity mean when the liner is inside a pressure tank?

It provides a 2.8-gallon usable volume for coating material, letting you spray longer before a refill while keeping the tank interior clean.
