Ultra-Rugged Mobile Computer for Warehouse

The bitmain CK75 Alphnu-EX25 is a 31% smaller and lighter ultra-rugged handheld designed for warehouse and distribution environments. It runs Android 6 GMS with an alphanumeric keypad and EX25 near-far imager for versatile scanning. The device supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth connectivity. It is built with industrial-grade materials for extreme conditions and duty-cycle balance.

Installation involves adding accessories

Interface cables and charging cradles are sold separately, so budget for those before deployment. Wireless setup requires configuring 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for your network infrastructure. The alphanumeric keypad and Android 6 GMS Client Pack allow rapid application provisioning. No camera is included, simplifying security compliance for restricted areas.

Sustained scanning performance across temperature

The EX25 imager reads barcodes from 6 inches to 40 feet depending on barcode mil size, maintaining throughput during long shifts. A heater-equipped Cold Storage variant extends operation into freezer environments without condensation issues. Industrial-grade construction resists repeated drops and vibration in high-cycle workflows. FCC certification ensures compliant wireless operation during continuous use.
