Sealing performance under pressure

The brass body and nickel finish resist corrosion during long-term coolant contact. The concealed O-ring maintains its seal through thermal cycling and vibration without relying on excessive torque. Because the fittings are solid stop plugs, they do not restrict flow or add turbulence to the loop. They simply close the port until the builder decides to expand the system.

Thermal and mechanical behaviour

Brass conducts heat well, so the fittings quickly reach coolant temperature and add no measurable thermal resistance.
