Capacity & fit

The Bluefairy Bp147 is a 17 inch laptop backpack built for children aged 6 to 8. It holds a 15.6 inch device in a padded sleeve and offers 12 by 6 by 17 inches of organised space for books, binders and a lunch box.

Build integration

Water resistant polyester and reinforced stitching handle daily school use while the S shaped shoulder straps adjust for a comfortable carry. Two side mesh pockets with extra straps secure bottles or an umbrella, and smooth double zippers let small hands open every compartment easily.

Upgrade context

This bag replaces smaller daypacks that cannot fit a 17 inch laptop or a full set of A4 binders. The jump is worth it when a pupil needs a single pack for classroom gear, a tablet sleeve and room for a change of clothes on longer days.

Questions about this item

Will the 17-inch laptop compartment still close fully when the main section is packed with A4 binders and a lunch box?

The bag measures 17 H x 12 W x 6 D inches with four compartments; the dedicated padded sleeve sits inside the largest section so a 15.6-inch laptop fits alongside binders and a lunch box without preventing the double zipper from closing.

How warm does the back panel get after a full school day with a 15.6-inch laptop inside?

The S-shaped padded shoulder straps and breathable back padding are designed to reduce heat build-up, while the 1.02-pound polyester shell stays light even when the 17-inch compartment is fully loaded.

Does the backpack ship with a rain cover or must I buy one separately?

The polyester fabric is water-resistant and the zippers are covered by flaps, so no separate rain cover is required for daily school use.
