Scale and Audience

This 1/64 scale diecast model replicates the HUMVEE 4-CT military vehicle in matt gray. It is made for adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts who value officially licensed replicas with true-to-scale detail. The piece arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging inside a plastic display showcase.

Materials and Finish

The model uses diecast metal with some plastic parts and features real rubber tires. Its matt gray paint finish matches the military specification without added weathering effects. No batteries or electronic components are present, so there is no power draw, fan noise or thermal output to consider.

Handling and Display

Opening front doors reveal a detailed interior while the main body shell remains sealed with no further openings. The fixed alternative tops are part of the single casting rather than removable accessories. At approximately three inches long, the model is intended for static shelf display rather than repeated play or diorama reconfiguration.

Questions about this item

How do I display the 1/64 scale HUMVEE without damaging the real rubber tyres?

Place the diecast model on the supplied plastic showcase; the base supports the weight so the tyres never develop flat spots.

Will the opening front doors or detailed interior parts loosen over time?

The doors are fixed-hinge metal castings with no springs, so they stay aligned; occasional dusting with a soft brush keeps the interior detail clear.

At what point does the matt-gray finish show wear from handling?

The painted diecast metal resists fingerprints, but repeated contact on edges such as the door seams will reveal the underlying metal first.
