Targeted Relief for Active Users

The Bob and Brad A7 massage gun delivers 11mm amplitude percussion designed to reach 40% deeper than standard mini devices. A high-torque brushless motor produces 40 lbs of stall force for effective treatment of back pain, neck stiffness, shoulder tension and post-workout soreness. Physical therapist input shapes the ergonomics and intensity curve for safe, professional-grade recovery at home or on the go.

Smart Guidance and Durable Attachments

An LED pressure sensor displays yellow for optimal intensity, orange for caution and red when pressure is excessive, helping users stay in the therapeutic zone. The high-density metal head directs vibration deep into muscle layers to address trigger points that foam rollers cannot reach. Five total massage heads cover a range of muscle groups, while USB-C fast charging keeps the 25W battery ready for gym, office or travel use.

Suits Athletes and Desk Workers Alike

Runners, fitness enthusiasts and anyone with an active lifestyle benefit from the portable 1.2lb design and quiet operation under 45dB. Buyers who need a clinical-grade device with a longer warranty period or more than five attachment options should look at something else. The 2-year warranty and FSA/HSA eligibility make it a practical investment for regular self-care.

Questions about this item

Will the metal massage head wear out or need replacing over time?

The high-density metal head is built for durability and does not require routine replacement; only the five included attachment heads may need swapping if damaged.

What limits the A7 during a long deep-tissue session?

The 25 W brushless motor caps at 40 lbs stall force, so sustained heavy pressure will hit that force ceiling before the battery or thermal limits.

How loud and warm does the gun get when used all day?

Operation stays under 45 dB and the 25 W power draw keeps heat low; the 1.2 lb body dissipates warmth quickly during extended use.
