Upgraded Ergonomic Coverage

The Bob and Brad EZBack massager uses a curved ergonomic shape that extends four inches beyond standard massage pillows. This design targets the neck, back, shoulders, legs, calves and feet for full-body relief at home or in the office.

Heat Therapy and Comfort Cover

Soothing heat enhances circulation while the 15-minute auto shut-off prevents overheating. A premium memory foam core and skin-friendly elastic knit fabric are supplemented by an included free comfort cover for added softness.

Plug-In Power Constraint

The unit draws 24W from a mains connection via a six-foot cord and contains an embedded battery, yet the supplier notes it is not rechargeable. This limits placement to areas near a power outlet and prevents fully wireless operation.

Questions about this item

How often will the 4 deep-kneading 3D massage nodes need replacement?

The 4 deep-kneading 3D massage nodes are built into the unit and are not designed to be user-replaceable. The device itself carries a 2-year warranty.

What limits continuous use before the 15-minute auto shut-off activates?

The built-in safety timer stops the session after 15 minutes to prevent overheating and overuse. The unit can be restarted after a cool-down period.

How much heat does the 24W heater generate during an all-day session?

The 24W power draw supplies gentle warmth from the soothing heat therapy. The 15-minute auto shut-off cycles the heater off, so sustained heat output is limited to each quarter-hour interval.
