Pocket-Sized Deep Tissue Relief

The Bob and Brad M7 Plus is a cordless mini massage gun that combines percussion with a heated attachment for back and neck stiffness. It weighs 0.88 lb and measures 5.33×3.36×1.89 inch, making it small enough for travel bags. A brushless motor delivers 9mm amplitude at up to 3000 RPM for deep tissue work. The device runs on a 3-cell 11.1V battery system charged via USB-C.

Upgrade from Basic Percussion Tools

This model adds a dedicated heating head with two temperature settings at 100°F and 107°F, plus an auxiliary blue light mode for relaxation. The heating head has its own independent battery that must be charged separately via the included USB-C cable. The high-voltage 11.1V system provides consistent non-fading power output unlike standard 3.7V single-cell designs. Operation stays below 55dB for quiet use in offices or shared spaces.

Ideal for Travel and Targeted Self-Care

The curved silicone-wrapped handle reduces wrist strain and allows solo reach to the lower back and shoulders. FSA and HSA eligibility lets buyers use pre-tax health funds for purchase. A soft velvet pouch is included for storage and transport. Buyers who need longer continuous runtime without recharging two separate batteries or who prefer a larger grip surface should consider full-sized alternatives.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions I need to clear in a bag or drawer?

The unit measures 5.33×3.36×1.89 inch and weighs .88 lb, so it fits in most small pouches or laptop sleeves.

How do I charge both the gun and the heating head correctly?

Plug the included USB-C cable into each device separately; the heating head has its own independent battery and must be charged on its own.

When will the heating attachment battery need replacing?

The built-in lithium cells are not user-replaceable; when runtime drops noticeably, the whole heating head is discarded and a new attachment is purchased.
