17 oz Airtight Glass Canister Set

This BOILMERIT 0023726 set includes two 17 oz glass jars with wooden lids and scoops. The 3 mm borosilicate glass resists scratches and is dishwasher safe. An embedded silicone seal creates an airtight closure that keeps coffee beans or grounds fresh. The stackable design suits home coffee bars or kitchen counters.

For home brewers who value freshness and style

The airtight seal and included scoop suit daily coffee routines and gift giving. Buyers who need microwave safe containers should look elsewhere, as the glass is not rated for microwave use. Those requiring larger bulk storage beyond 12 oz of beans per pair will need additional jars.

Holds 12 oz of beans per pair with scoop portioning

Each 500 ml jar comfortably stores 12 oz of coffee beans, and two level scoops measure a double shot portion. The wide mouth allows easy access for scooping. Capacity runs out for users storing large bags or multiple dry goods beyond the two jar set.

Questions about this item

Do I need to buy coffee beans or grounds separately to use the 17 oz canisters?

Yes, the two 500 ml jars arrive empty so you supply the coffee beans or grounds yourself.

Will the wooden lid and silicone seal still close tightly if I stack the jars on a crowded shelf?

The flat wood lids are designed for stacking and the embedded screwed silicone seal maintains an airtight closure when stacked.

How can I confirm the airtight seal is working after I fill a jar?

Press the centre of the wooden lid; a firm resistance with no hiss indicates the silicone seal is holding vacuum.
