BolaButty C27C portable speaker

The BolaButty C27C is a 20 watt portable Bluetooth speaker with a 2.1 channel configuration and an 8 inch driver unit. It targets listeners who want a single rugged unit for music, podcasts or hands-free calls at home, parties, camping or the beach. The IPX5 rating protects against water splashes and spills during outdoor use. Touch controls handle playback and lighting without a separate remote.

24 hour playtime and Bluetooth 5.3 range

A 50 percent volume setting with the LED lights switched off delivers up to 24 hours of playback per charge, while higher volumes or active lighting reduce that figure. Bluetooth 5.3 maintains a stable link up to 100 feet from the source device. Two C27C speakers can be paired in TWS mode to form a wider stereo image for larger gatherings.

Frequency response and driver limits

The single 8 inch driver covers a quoted 27 Hz to 120 kHz range, though deep bass extension and high-frequency detail are constrained by the compact cabinet and 20 watt amplifier. The speaker is not suited for critical monitoring or large-venue reinforcement where higher output or multi-driver arrays are required.

Questions about this item

Will the C27C connect to my older phone using Bluetooth 5.3?

Yes, Bluetooth 5.3 is backward compatible, so the speaker will pair with older Bluetooth phones and still deliver 20W 2.1-channel sound up to 100 feet away.

How can I confirm the 24-hour battery claim after my first charge?

Play music at 50% volume with the LED lights off; if the speaker runs for roughly 24 hours before needing a recharge, the battery is performing as specified.
