Amber-Lens Safety Glasses for Indoor/Outdoor Use

The Bolle Safety NESS+ safety glasses feature amber polycarbonate lenses with an anti-fog and scratch-resistant Platinum coating. They deliver 99.99 percent UVA/UVB protection in a frameless, universal-fit design suited for general-purpose eye protection across varied lighting conditions.

Capacity and Headroom: Light Transmission

The amber tint enhances contrast in low-light or mixed environments while the anti-fog coating resists condensation during temperature shifts. The lenses are not polarized, so glare reduction from reflective surfaces is limited, and the frameless construction offers no foam seal against dust or splash ingress.

Upgrade Path: From Basic Clear or Tinted Eyewear

Workers replacing clear lenses that fog easily or single-tint glasses that perform poorly in transition zones gain a single pair for indoor and outdoor tasks. The jump is less worthwhile for users who require polarized glare control, foam-lined sealing, or photochromatic lenses that darken automatically in bright sun.

Questions about this item

Will these amber-lens safety glasses work over my existing prescription frames?

The frameless, universal-size design with straight temples is intended to fit a wide range of face shapes and can be worn over many prescription frames.

How can I verify the anti-fog coating is performing correctly?

In humid conditions or during temperature changes, the Platinum-coated polycarbonate lenses should resist misting and maintain clear vision.

What comes in the box and do I need to buy a case separately?

The product ships as the safety glasses only; no case, lanyard or cleaning cloth is listed, so you would need to purchase those accessories separately.
