50 ft 4-gauge CCA power kit

This 50 ft kit supplies 25 ft each of black and red 4-gauge copper-clad aluminium wire for power and ground runs. It includes 10 lugs sized for 5/16 in studs, 10 lugs for 3/8 in studs, 20 pieces of heat-shrink tubing and a 100 A ANL fuse holder. The PVC jacket stays flexible for indoor routing.

Upgrade from thinner CCA or damaged cable

Replace undersized wire that causes voltage drop on amplifier or inverter feeds. The jump is worth it when the existing run cannot deliver the current the 100 A fuse is rated to protect. Builders who need pure copper for maximum conductivity should choose OFC instead.

Crimp lugs, shrink, bolt fuse block

Strip the soft-touch jacket, crimp the supplied lugs onto the stranded CCA cores and shrink the tubing for a sealed connection. The fuse holder mounts inline on the positive lead. Installers without a proper 4-gauge crimp tool often leave loose lugs that overheat.
