8MP Dual-Lens PoE IP Camera

The Bolton Technical Acusense camera combines two lenses to deliver an 8MP panoramic view for outdoor surveillance. It connects through Power over Ethernet so a single cable carries both data and power. The metal housing is rated for dust and water resistance in exposed locations.

kconnect iVMS4200 Guarding Vision Compatibility

The camera works with kconnect, iVMS4200, Guarding Vision, iSpy, Blue Iris and Milestone software platforms. It also pairs with k, LTS and Uniview standalone NVRs. Two-way talk and human-vehicle detection function only when used with an IK NVR. Reolink, Lorex, Amcrest, Swann, Oossxx and Viewtron NVR systems are not supported.

180-Degree Field of View

The dual-lens design creates a continuous 180 panoramic angle that covers wide outdoor areas without mechanical movement. Infrared illumination reaches 98 feet for clear night recording. This fixed ultra-wide perspective replaces multiple narrow cameras in many installations.

Questions about this item

Will the 180-degree panoramic lens need cleaning or replacement over time?

The dual-lens assembly is sealed behind a weatherproof housing, so routine maintenance is limited to wiping the outer glass when dirt builds up; no internal lens service is required.

What limits continuous 4K recording on this 8MP PoE camera?

Sustained 4K capture is constrained by the NVR's write bandwidth and storage capacity, not by the camera sensor itself.

How much heat or noise does the metal-cased IP camera produce during all-day operation?

The fanless metal chassis runs silently and stays cool under normal PoE power draw, with no audible noise or noticeable heat buildup.
