Questions about this item

Does the case cover any ports or vents on the Surface Pro 9 or Pro 8?

No, the TPU chassis has precise cut-outs for every interface and does not block heat dissipation or charging.

What are the exact dimensions and weight so I can check it fits my bag?

11.5 inches by 9 inches by 0.86 inches (295 mm by 230 mm by 22 mm) and 360 g.

How does the Surface Pro attach inside the case and what is the common mistake?

The tablet snaps into the custom TPU frame; the mistake is forcing it before the corners are aligned.
