Tailored Fit for Three Latitude Models

This hard case is built specifically for the Dell Latitude 7455, 7450 and 7440 in the 14 inch size. The snug shell wraps the chassis without adding bulk, making it suited to professionals who carry the same laptop daily and want a single, model-specific guard rather than a universal sleeve.

Passive Cooling and Lightweight Protection

A moulded cooling-pad pattern on the underside keeps ventilation paths open so the laptop’s own thermal system works unhindered. The outer PU leather resists wear while the inner cashmere lining cushions impacts, and the whole assembly weighs only .35 kg so it adds negligible mass to a commuter bag.

Secure Closure Without Tablet Support

Two elastic rubber bands lock the cover in place during use, eliminating the loose-lid wobble common on snap-on shells. The design delivers 360-degree scratch defence and simple snap-on removal, but it does not accommodate a tablet or 2-in-1 mode, so buyers needing convertible flexibility should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I install the BONAEVER hard case on my Dell Latitude 7455, and which step causes a loose fit?

Snap the top and bottom shells onto the 31.4×22.37 cm chassis, then stretch both elastic rubber bands over the lid edges; skipping the bands leaves the cover loose during use.

What part of the case will need replacement first with daily use?

The two elastic rubber bands that secure the lid will lose tension before the PU leather or cashmere lining shows wear.

What limits protection during sustained heavy use?

The case lacks a tablet-mode hinge, so the shells cannot fold flat; forcing that position stresses the 16.9 cm height dimension and risks cracking the corners.
