Compatible HP Pavilion 16-inch models

This hard-shell case is engineered exclusively for the HP Pavilion 16-af, 16t-af, 16-ag and 16z-ag series. The precise moulding matches every port, vent and button on those chassis so nothing is obstructed. A magnetic centre seam lets the two halves snap together or separate in seconds. The blue PU-leather exterior with a canvas-style texture resists fingerprints and daily abrasion.

Who should choose this case

Owners of the listed Pavilion models who want a slim, professional-looking sleeve that stays on during use will appreciate the integrated cooling cut-outs and the elastic pen loop on the side. Buyers with any other 16-inch laptop, including different HP lines, cannot use this case because the internal dimensions and port cut-outs are model-specific.

Deciding specification: exact model fit

The case fits only the four model families named above; the 14.5 by 10.6 by .98 inch outer shell and 1.1 pound weight are tailored to those exact dimensions. If your unit is not one of those four, the case will not align with the ports or sit securely.

Questions about this item

Will this 14.5 by 10.6 inch case still fit if I keep a skin on my HP Pavilion 16-af?

The case is made for the exact dimensions of the 16-af and 16-ag models; adding a skin increases thickness and may prevent the magnetic halves from closing properly.

How can I confirm the magnetic centre join and cooling holes line up once the case is on?

Snap the two PU leather halves together — the magnets click into place — then check that every port, vent and the rear heat-dissipation holes on your Pavilion remain fully exposed.

Does the box include a stylus or pen for the elastic side loop?

Only the separable blue case with its magnetic closure, microfiber lining and pen holder loop are supplied; a stylus or pen must be purchased separately.
