Compatible model

This hard case fits only the 16 inch HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 models 16-aa and 16t-aa. It will not fit any other laptop. Buyers who need a case for a different Spectre size or a non-2-in-1 model must look elsewhere.

Critical fit check

The single specification that decides compatibility is the exact model number on the bottom of the laptop. If the label does not read 16-aa or 16t-aa the case will not align with ports, vents or the hinge. No adjustment can make it work.

Installation and common issue

The two-piece design snaps together with hidden magnets so the case stays on during normal use. Cooling holes on the rear match the laptop vents. The hinge cannot rotate 360 degrees while the case is fitted; to use tablet mode the case must be removed and reinstalled. A side elastic band holds a stylus.
