Compatible Models

This hard shell case fits 13.5 inch Microsoft Surface Laptop 5, 4 and 3 units that have a metal palm rest and carry model numbers 1868 or 1951. The snap-on design adds shock-absorbent bumper protection around every edge while keeping the Microsoft logo visible. A built-in foldable stand creates an ergonomic typing angle and the case stays fully vented for heat disbursement. All ports remain accessible without removing the cover.

Not For Other Surface Laptops

Buyers with Surface Laptop models that are not 13.5 inch or that lack the metal palm rest cannot use this case. The product is also unsuitable for any non-Surface notebook or for users who prefer a soft sleeve rather than a rigid snap-on shell. The included transparent silicone keyboard cover is sized only for the compatible models listed above.

Model Number Check

The decisive specification is the model number printed on the bottom of the laptop: it must read 1868 or 1951. If the number differs, the case will not align with the ports, vents or palm-rest geometry and the foldable stand will not function correctly. Always verify this number before ordering.
