Protective case for 9.7 inch iPad models

This hard-shell case fits Apple iPad 5th and 6th generation, iPad Pro 9.7 inch and iPad Air 2nd generation. The dual-layer construction combines rigid polycarbonate with soft silicone to absorb shocks and resist scratches. Precise cutouts keep every port and button accessible while the tablet stays fully enclosed.

Suits users needing drop protection

The integrated kickstand rotates 360 degrees and locks in both vertical and horizontal angles for video, reading or teaching. Adjustable hand and shoulder straps accommodate adults and children alike. Buyers with newer iPad sizes, different model numbers or a requirement for a folio-style cover should look elsewhere.

Rotating stand, straps

The built-in kickstand removes the need for a separate desktop stand. A detachable shoulder strap turns the case into a cross-body bag for commutes or classroom moves. A dedicated pencil holder keeps a stylus secured to the case, though the stylus itself is not supplied.

Questions about this item

Which iPad model numbers does this A1893 case fit?

It fits iPad 6th/5th generation 9.7 inch models A1893, A1954, A1822, A1823; iPad Pro 9.7 inch 2016 models A1673, A1674, A1675; and iPad Air 2 2014 models A1566, A1567.

Can I keep using my existing screen protector with this hard PC and silicone case?

Yes, the precise cutouts and full-body design leave the screen area open so a separately purchased screen protector will still adhere and function normally.

How do I verify the 360° rotating hand strap and kickstand are working correctly after fitting the case?

Rotate the strap through a full circle and lock it at several angles; the iPad should stand stable in both vertical and horizontal orientations without wobble.
