Questions about this item

Does the BONAEVER A1893 case get warm or affect battery life when the iPad runs all day?

The case adds no active components, so it does not generate heat or draw power; the magnetic auto sleep/wake strip simply puts the iPad to sleep when closed, which helps preserve battery during long sessions.

What iPad models must I already own for this case to fit?

It fits only the 9.7-inch iPad 6th/5th generation (models A1893, A1954, A1822, A1823), iPad Air 2 (A1566, A1567) and iPad Pro 9.7 (A1673, A1674, A1675).

Will the magnetic cover still snap securely if I keep using an older Apple Pencil (1st generation)?

Yes, the built-in pencil holder is sized for the 1st-generation Apple Pencil and the magnetic closure works independently, so the cover snaps shut whether the pencil is stored or not.
